Order Acceptance: All orders placed on vivadicollective.com are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or that violate these terms.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices you will be charged. We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods: Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once your order is shipped, you assume all responsibility for the products.
International Shipping: We do not currently ship to international locations.
3. Exchanges and Refunds
Return Window: Products may be returned for in store credit or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Returns made will be issued in store credit only- provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at JT@vivadicollective.com with your order number- or visit us in store. We will provide you with exchange shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, in store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. All seasonal items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned for in store credit.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations: All orders are considered final once they are confirmed and processed. We do not allow cancellations, modifications, or refunds after an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, quantities, shipping information, and payment method. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue. By placing an order, you agree to this no cancellation policy.

Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, colors may appear differently on your screen due to monitor settings. All products are handcrafted or carefully curated, and slight variations in appearance are normal and add to their unique character.
Safety Standards: All products meet or exceed applicable safety standards for baby products, including CPSC regulations. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality items for your little ones.
