Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days before shipment. Delivery times begin after your order ships and do not include processing time. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may vary based on location and current conditions. We do our best to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 1-2 weeks before your order is shipped. If your order is not shipped after the 14th business day, please contact us.
Shipping Policies
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. You'll receive an email once your order is ready to be shipped.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship to international locations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Ownership of the package transfers to the customer at the time it is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit- please contact and file a claim with the carrier if your package is missing.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may need your tracking number and order details when submitting your claim.
